In accordance with consumer protection legislation, you may exercise your right of withdrawal without incurring any penalty and without having to provide any reason, if:
- You notify us of your cancellation of the order by email to info@petraniedda.com before receiving order confirmation or before the goods have been dispatched
- You are not satisfied with your purchase, you undertake to return all the products received.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send an email to info@petraniedda.com within 14 (fourteen) days after you have received the products. The products to be returned must be intact, sealed as originally and in good condition.
The withdrawal notice must contain the necessary information to identify the order and state the intention to cancel the purchase, as well as a description of the product or products for which the right of withdrawal is to be exercised.
Once we have received your notice of withdrawal, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the products. You must send back the products within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt and at your own expense. You may only ship the products to be returned after receiving our confirmation email.
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
- The right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product
- The products must not have been used, opened or damaged
- The products must be sent back to Luchìa Società Agricola S.r.l., via Monti Canu, 83, 07020 - Palau (SS), Italy, within 14 (fourteen) days from the notification date of the withdrawal.
Luchìa Società Agricola S.r.l. is not liable for any damage or theft/loss of products returned by uninsured shipments.
We will refund the full amount already paid within 14 (fourteen) days after the returned products have been received by us, by reversing the amount charged to your credit card.
The right of withdrawal is lost entirely if Luchìa Società Agricola S.r.l. ascertains that the essential condition of the goods' integrity (packaging and/or contents) is not met, notably in cases where:
- the absence of the original external and/or internal packaging
- the product is not returned as a whole
- the product is returned damaged.
If the right of withdrawal is forfeited, the goods will remain at our premises and will be available for collection at your own expense.
In the event of any dispute relating to the application, execution or interpretation of these return conditions, the court at the consumer's place of residence or domicile shall have jurisdiction, provided it is located within the Italian state. In all other cases, including those involving non-consumer (business) customers, the Court of Milan (Italy) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
