The purchase of the Products on the Website is governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale as well as by the provisions of the Italian Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 (the ‘Consumer Code’) and subsequent amendments and additions, where applicable, as well as of Legislative Decree No. 70/2003 and subsequent amendments and additions, where applicable, as well as the provisions of the Italian Civil Code for anything not expressly provided for herein.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of Products offered by Luchìa Società Agricola S.r.l. through the Website.
Accessing the Website and placing an order requires that you abide by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
- PRODUCTS AND PRICES
Prices for Products are quoted in euros (€) only and include VAT.
The prices, descriptions and availability of Products may change without notice. However, orders that have already been accepted will not be affected by such changes.
- PURCHASE ORDER
To place a purchase order, you must follow the online purchase process and click 'Place Order'.
You will then receive an order confirmation email containing details of the Products purchased.
Your order will only be considered accepted once you have received this confirmation email.
- PAYMENTS
We only accept payments made by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD or MAESTRO) or via PAYPAL.
Payment is taken at the time of ordering.
Please note that if your card issuer applies a commission to online transactions, this commission will be charged to you.
- SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery to addresses in Italy will be made by post or express courier at a cost of €25.00 (twenty-five/00).
Shipping costs will be waived if your purchase order is equal to or greater than €150.00.
Delivery to addresses in one of the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Monaco, the Netherlands, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Spain, Sweden, Slovenia, Switzerland shall be made by post or express courier at a cost of €25.00 (twenty-five/00).
Shipping costs will be waived if your purchase order is equal to or greater than €150.00.
Delivery to addresses in the United Kingdom shall be made by post or express courier at a cost of € 40.00 (forty/00), including custom and excise duties.
Shipping costs and customs and excise duties will be waived if your purchase order is equal to or greater than €250.00 (two hundred and fifty/00).

- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for the Products within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving them, without providing any explanation.
To exercise your right to withdraw from the contract, you must send written notice by email to info@petraniedda.com, stating your intention to do so.
The Products must be returned unaltered and in their original packaging.
You are solely responsible for the return shipping costs.

- EXCEPTIONS FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, for hygiene and customer protection reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed food products purchased on the Website that have been opened after delivery. This is because they cannot be returned to Luchìa Società Agricola S.r.l. and resold without posing a risk to consumer health.
- WARRANTY AND CONFORMITY DEFECTS
The Products sold are covered by the legal warranty of conformity pursuant to Articles 128-135 of the Italian Consumer Code. In the event of conformity defects, you are entitled to have the Product restored to conformity by repair or replacement, at no additional cost.
- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law.
Any dispute relating to the application, execution and/or interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be settled by the court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in Italy. In all other cases, the Court of Milan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
